Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fidat's website and medical financing services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

To use our services you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate, current and complete information

2. Our services

Fidat provides medical financing solutions that allow patients to receive treatment at partner healthcare providers and repay the cost over time in monthly instalments. Approval, financing limits and repayment terms are subject to our underwriting criteria and applicable law. We may decline any application at our discretion.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of security.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information
  • Use the services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any party
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive source code from our services

5. Fees and repayment

Financing terms — including profit rates, administrative fees, instalment schedules and any other charges — will be disclosed to you in your individual financing agreement before disbursement. Late or missed payments may result in additional fees and may be reported to credit bureaus, as permitted by law.

6. Direct payment to providers

Where applicable, financing amounts are disbursed directly to your authorised healthcare provider. You remain responsible for the full repayment of the financing regardless of the quality, outcome or completion of the treatment provided. Any disputes regarding the treatment itself must be resolved with the provider.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Fidat's website and within our services — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks and software — is the property of Fidat or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any of this content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Use of our services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fidat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
